Jeremy Murphy
Jeremy is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and has over 18 years of experience in the residential property market in Cork.
In addition to his wealth of knowledge in property valuation, Jeremy is one of Ireland’s first TEGoVa Recognised European Valuers - a prestigious qualification that allows him to complete Blue Book Valuations.
Always customer focussed, Jeremy gives a very personal service to his clients and prides himself on giving honest advice.

Lisa is an accomplished professional with memberships to the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and the Life Assurance Association of Ireland.
Lisa has a first class honours Batchelor of Business Studies degree is a Qualified Financial Advisor and is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Alice Hodder
Alice, our new property negotiator apprentice and has been a great addition to our team. She has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, which has helped her to quickly adapt to our team's dynamic. Alice is a quick learner and her attention to detail is impressive. Her ability to work collaboratively with others has made her a valuable team player. Katrina brings a wealth of expertise to the Jeremy Murphy & Associates team. A recent graduate with an honors degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Limerick, Katrina has garnered valuable experience through part-time employment in the service industry and an internship at a global company. Her strong background in customer service, coupled with a great understanding of working relationships, positions her as a valuable asset to our team.
